Chantal is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong eye for design and a passion for community building. She enjoys being involved throughout the entire design-build process and building lasting relationships along the way. She’s managed over $775 million in real estate transactions in Ottawa and in Florida and played a lead role in several award-winning sustainable communities and landmark developments – most recently, St. Charles Market.
Darryl Squires
CEO and Co-Founder
Darryl joined The Lake Partnership in 2004 after more than a decade in investment banking at BMO Nesbitt Burns where he was Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, and Managing Director of the Real Estate Finance Group. Darryl’s leadership approach is guided by the principles that have served him well through many successful business ventures. Darryl graduated with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 1990.
Kevin Lake
Co-Founder
Kevin is one of the best in the business. With over 20 years of construction experience and many acclaimed projects to his name, Kevin personally oversees work at our sites and ensures his team of skilled trades are delivering high quality craftsmanship.
Dan Warder
Partner, Senior Project Manager
Dan has been with The Lake Partnership since 2006. Mentored by Kevin and Darryl over four years, he became Site Supervisor/ Foreman in 2010, and has since managed teams at key projects including Kenwood, Mississagua Lake House, Acacia, and our LEED Gold Certified Springfield Towns.
Bryn Callaghan
Marketing Coordinator
Bryn coordinates various marketing initiatives for Modbox Developments and assists with the creation of marketing collateral with a focus on social media platforms. Bryn is an Ottawa native who graduated with a Bachelor of Communications and Media Studies from Carleton University.
Christopher Alderson
Partner, Senior Project Manager
Christopher joined The Lake Partnership at the beginning of 2013. He brings construction and project management experience as well as technical proficiency from previous work and ongoing studies in Architectural Technology. The Lake Partnership also benefits from Christopher’s critical thinking, research and communication skills honed during doctoral studies at Carleton University.
